It’s been a while since the last version I know but it’s been a busy week. That said the newest version 0.7.2 is now waiting patiently for you to grab a copy from the TwitBox page.

I took some time to bring this version of TwitBox back to the program that people really liked - fast and with features they need. Along with that I fixed a few of the outstanding bugs that had cropped up along with adding some requested things. - via TwitBox 0.7.2 available for download … | WinExtra

TwitBox is one of my favorite Twitter clients for Windows and I’m glad to see it so actively devloped. I’ll try to post a review after I get a chance to test this version out.
