Biz Stone sent out the latest newsletter from Twitter just a few minutes ago and they’ve added a feature I’ve been looking forward to: People Search. Now you can find out if someone you want to follow is on there or look up friends and collegues. Glad to see this much needed feature to make connecting on the service easier. From Biz:

It’s new feature season and we’re starting with People Search. This new Twitter feature is great for finding more people to follow because it searches profile information such as name, location, bio, and url. Come on by and find out if your friends are already Twittering and you just didn’t now it! The search field is on the right side of Twitter when you sign in: http://twitter.com
